The Needham Fall Harvest Fair is a long-standing Needham tradition that showcases local businesses, community organizations, and celebrates the fall season. Join us for a fun-filled day suitable for visitors and residents of all ages!

Exhibitor Opportunities

Due to high demand, all interested exhibitors must complete an application form. Please note:

• Completion of the application does not guarantee a spot.
• Priority is given to Needham-based chamber members.
• For applications received by August 23, notifications will be sent by September 3.
• Applications received after August 23 will be considered on a rolling basis if space is available.

Approved exhibitors will receive follow-up information on processing applicable fees.
